Information you send through the contact form (name, email address, and optionally company, budget and project description) is used solely to reply to your enquiry. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
The data controller is Eden Black. Messages are processed by Netlify, which hosts the form, and kept for one year after last contact, then deleted.
Netlify is based in the United States, so your messages are transferred there. Netlify states that it adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and that it relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses for transfers that fall outside it.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise those rights, write to bonjour@maisondemarketing.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
